Without our partners, CI would be unable to achieve the kinds of results necessary to make the protection of nature central to human well-being. Without local engagement, CI and our international partners would lose the benefit of traditional knowledge and local insight. Without community commitment, we could not monitor, manage and protect the landscapes that ultimately shelter us all.

CI is dedicated to ensuring the rights and involvement of our community partners, whether they live in cities, small islands or villages that are miles from any road.
