Toyota Motor Corporation is not only financially supporting CI's effort to restore and protect more than 4,000 acres of the Philippines' Peñablanca Protected Landscape and Seascape (PPLS), located in the Northeastern part of the Island of Luzon, but also working together with CI to achieve the highest possible conservation outcomes.

The reforestation in the project site will contribute to the protection of the largest remaining tract of natural forest in one of the world's Megadiversity countries, with full participation of local communities. Toyota and CI are implementing sustainable activities including reforestation, agroforestry and local community development.
