CI's 2008 Calendar

Conservation International’s 2008 wall calendar features stunning photos from award-winning photographers highlighting the people, places, plants, and animals affected by climate change.

Each photo illustrates with stark beauty what's at stake if our climate continues to shift, reminding us that what we do today will resonate for future generations. If we address climate change now, we have the power to avert catastrophe.

You can receive a free copy of our 2008 calendar with a $25 donation to CI. Just click here for your calendar. Your gift will support CI’s work to reverse climate change, prevent deforestation, protect species, and preserve freshwater resources and marine life.

Our 2008 wall calendar features a monthly view and includes holidays and important environmental and conservation dates.

We saved the following resources* by using New Leaf Primavera Gloss (FSC), made with 80% recycled fiber and 60% post-consumer waste, 80% processed chlorine free, and manufactured with electricity that is offset with Green-e® certified renewable energy certificates:

  • 153 fully grown trees
  • 94,763 gallons of water
  • 113 million Btu of energy
  • 7,605 pounds of solid waste
  • 19,790 pounds of greenhouse gases

* Calculations based on research by Environmental Defense and other members of the Paper Task Force.
