Mechanism for Integrity-Related Grievances

As an Accredited Entity of the GCF, CI strives to implement projects with the utmost level of integrity and professionalism and has a robust set of integrity-related policies that apply to all GCF-funded activities. Throughout the life of a project, recipients of GCF funds are required to abide by the following:

Any CI employee or any employee of an executing entity, grantee, partner, or vendor, or any other project stakeholder, involved with a GCF-funded project executed or overseen by CI may report a grievance or violation of these policies anonymously through CI’s Ethics Hotline.  It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by logging on to www.ci.ethicspoint.com or by dialing a toll-free number from anywhere in the world where CI works, which can be found on the website. All reported integrity-related grievances will be investigated and addressed per CI’s Anti-Fraud Policy & Guidelines for Investigations.
